Understand before acting.

 

A structured diagnostic conducted through individual interviews and collective sessions, to understand your actual culture, leadership and HR practices, without preconceived assumptions. The result is a clear report with factual observations and priority recommendations.

 

Deliverables: Observations report, priority recommendations, proposed action plan.

Duration: 2 to 4 days depending on the size of the organisation.

Recommended entry point for any organisation in transformation or without a clearly defined culture.

Where to begin?

The three phases are not necessarily linear. Some engagements start with a full assessment. Others enter directly at Phase 3 because the culture is already defined but the HR practices have not kept pace. Others require just one specific module.

The right entry point is determined during an initial conversation, with no commitment required.
