“People On Board” is a people management advisory office based in Switzerland, specialised in leadership practices and development, company culture, colleagues engagement, mentoring and networking. Our services are addressed to both organisations and individuals.

 

We develop custom solutions to support organizations of all sizes across a range of industries, embrace modern people management practices, adapted to today’s evolving work environment.

 

We remove barriers and blocks to higher performance and generate business success in a dynamic, fun and collaborative work atmosphere.

 

Our results are geared towards developing team leadership, increasing their performance, improving internal communication and lowering team-members’ turnover.

 

“People On Board” is operating internationally and intervenes using multiple communication medium, from face to face to on-line and group to individual. Each channel is carefully chosen to match the assignment’s objectives and answer to the expectations and needs of our clients.

Profile

Pierre Olivier Botteron  leadership approach favors people, innovation and disruption. He is a firm believer in creating value through teams' association and has put “employee engagement” at the core of his human resources practice.

 

Prior to starting "People On Board Llc", Pierre has spent over sixteen years with FRHI Hotels & Resorts - Fairmont, Raffles and Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts - first at property level in London and Moscow, and for the last twelve years in Zurich, as Vice President Human Resources.

He previously worked for five years with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) internationally, in Ivory Coast, Afghanistan and Rwanda. These experiences have developed his leadership skills, often exercised in difficult contexts, broadening his understanding of people and their cultural environments.

 

Pierre Olivier Botteron is a Lausanne Hotel Management School (EHL) graduate, he holds a Master of Sciences in Organizational Change (“Coaching and Consulting for Change”) a joint program delivered by HEC Paris and Oxford University, Saïd Business School.

 

In order to keep his mind fresh and alert, Pierre runs marathons. He also enjoys socializing, often cooking for his friends and is passionate about photography.
