Scope

The scope of the program is focused on soft skills, generation specificities, leadership styles, colleagues’ engagement and team dynamics.

Together, the different program's elements constitute a “red thread” linking all modules, i.e. initial individual conversations then the workshop itself, and finally follow-up sessions. Every step will enable participants understand themselves and their colleagues,  in order to work together in a more harmonious way, improve efficiency and increase business results.

Overview

 

The program is constituted of three distinctive modules and is aimed at improving communication and efficiency within teams, and addresses as a starting point the organisation's leadership team. The approach and methodology are based on group activities, completed with individual mentoring/coaching sessions. It takes into consideration the different background and wealth of experience of each team member, and taps into this limitless knowledge potential, in order to remove or transform any possible barrier into success factors.

The program is designed to be adaptable, and possible extension can include its delivery to the various levels of the organisation, in order to foster collaboration between teams and high colleagues’ engagement across the organisation.

Objectives

  1. Ensure an effective and greater collaboration as well as improved communication between the company's different entities 

  2. Instil a common way of communicating and working together towards shared objectives 

  3. Create a great place to work, supported by a strong culture.

Participants profiles

The program is adapted to middle and senior leaders (up to C-suite) and will be customized based on your own organization's structure. Number of participants per session is advised not to exceed 10 people.

Team Interaction Proficiency

Scope

The scope of the Team Interaction Proficiency program is focused on driving an effective and excellent collaboration as well as optimal communication and efficiency between the organization’s different departments/levels, as well as within each department. It is primarily addressed to colleagues and first level of supervision team members, corresponding to the structure of your organisation.

Overview

The program is build on a dynamic structure promoting different learning styles, ranging from individual to group interactions, alternating classroom and projects methodologies as well as ensuring that period of time have been scheduled between each module, to ensure that the learning can be tested and immediately implemented.

In order to ensure interaction from the beginning, participants will be starting the program with a series of group discussions, enabling everyone to define the agenda within the framework that will have been established with their leaders.

  1. Bring new energies to the organization’s structure 

  2. Empower teams at all levels

  3. Foster a culture of trust, change and innovation within the organization

Participants profiles

The program is adapted to colleagues level and first responsibilities of supervision. It will be customized based on your own organization's structure. For this module and considering the highly interactive nature of the outcome, number of participants per session is advised not to exceed 15 people.
